They tend to stretch when they enter flower which is probably why you haven’t noticed it until now especially since the light hours getting shorter is what prompts it to flower. By the looks of her, she has roughly 5-6 weeks until you can hang and harvest. Obviously she won’t produce much either as you have to have slightly more ideal conditions for a larger crop. Alternatively you could move to a space with more light and it may enter revegetation and grow larger however you may move into the territory of it “hermiating” and starting to produce seeds. This is if you want to keep it. Otherwise cut it down and uproot it and it won’t come back.
